O produtor experimental Aphex Twin afirma ser o single de vinil mais vendido de 2023 até agora.
Blackbox Life Recorder 21F foi a primeira música de Twin (nome verdadeiro Richard D James) lançada em meia década, e a primeira a entrar nas paradas do Top 100 do Reino Unido desde 1999.
Os ícones anárquicos Sex Pistols afundam os dois lugares restantes no Top 3 com os singles clássicos Anarchy In The UK (2) e Holidays In The Sun (3), após edições limitadas de vinil lançadas no início deste ano.
Em outro lugar, a música de retorno dos Rolling Stones em 2023, Angry, chega ao número 4, o primeiro single de seu novo álbum Hackney Diamonds. Angry veio completo com um videoclipe animado com a atriz de Euphoria, Sydney Sweeney, e entregou aos Stones seu primeiro hit Top 40 no Official Singles Chart em 18 anos.
Os novos lançamentos de 2023 que também fazem parte da lista incluem Niall Horan's Heaven (10) e Meltdown (26), o vampiro líder das paradas de Olivia Rodrigo (13), Chase & Status, Bou, Flowdan, Irah, Trigga & Takura's Top 10 smash Baddadan ( 26), Digging Depper de Alison Goldfrapp & Claptone (23), Inhaler's Valentine (24) e Nothing Matters do Last Dinner Party (35).

Blackbox Life Recorder 21F was the first music Twin (real name Richard D James) released in half a decade, and his first to chart in the UK Top 100 since 1999.
Anarchic icons Sex Pistols sink the remaining two places in the Top 3 with classic singles Anarchy In The UK (2) and Holidays In The Sun (3), following limited edition vinyl runs released earlier this year.
Elsewhere, The Rolling Stones’ 2023 comeback tune Angry makes it to Number 4, the first single from their new record Hackney Diamonds. Angry came complete with a buzzy music video featuring Euphoria actress Sydney Sweeney, and delivered The Stones their first Top 40 hit on the Official Singles Chart in 18 years.
