O New Model Army acaba de ser anunciado como atração principal no sábado à noite no Avalon Stage no Glastonbury Festival neste verão.
Esta notícia chega no momento em que a banda inicia uma série de shows como atração principal no Reino Unido e na Irlanda esta semana. Os shows são em apoio ao seu novo álbum Unbroken, que foi lançado com grande aclamação da crítica, além de alcançar algumas das melhores posições nas paradas mundiais da ilustre carreira de quatro décadas da banda, incluindo o primeiro lugar no UK Rock Chart e o número 1 no UK Rock Chart. 5 na parada oficial de álbuns alemães.

Em junho, o New Model Army faz uma turnê pelo Brasil, Colômbia, Chile e México antes de retornar à Europa para uma série de festivais de verão. Além de Glastonbury, eles tocarão nos festivais Bearded Theory e Beautiful Days no Reino Unido.
O New Model Army também anunciou a segunda parte de sua turnê Unbroken, que começa em 5 de novembro na França, com mais shows na Espanha, Itália, República Tcheca, Suíça, Alemanha, Grécia, Turquia, Bulgária, Bélgica e Holanda.

New Model Army have just been announced as the Saturday night headlining act for the Avalon Stage at Glastonbury Festival this summer.
This news comes as the band kick off a string of headlining dates across the UK & Ireland this week. The shows are in support of their new album Unbroken which was released to swathes of critical acclaim as well as achieving some of the best chart positions worldwide of the band’s illustrious four-decade career, including No.1 in the UK Rock Chart and No.5 in the Official German Album Chart.

In June New Model Army tour Brazil, Colombia, Chile and Mexico before returning to Europe for a string of summer festivals. In addition to Glastonbury, they will be playing both Bearded Theory and Beautiful Days festivals in the UK.
New Model Army have also announced the second part of their Unbroken headlining tour, which starts on November 5th in France with further shows in Spain, Italy, Czech Republic, Switzerland, Germany, Greece, Turkey, Bulgaria, Belgium and the Netherlands.
