Justin Bieber e Machine Gun Kelly prestaram homenagem ao rapper Chris King.
King, cujo nome verdadeiro é Christopher Cheeks, era ex-colega de quarto de Bieber.
Ele morreu devido aos ferimentos sofridos durante um tiroteio em Nashville em 20 de abril.
Ele tinha 32 anos.
Após a notícia da morte de King, Bieber compartilhou uma homenagem sincera ao seu amigo e ex-colega de casa nas redes sociais.
“Amo você, mano”, escreveu ele em uma história no Instagram.
“Este dói. Por favor, mantenha a família dele em suas orações. Vejo você no paraíso, irmão.
King, acompanhado de dois amigos, foi baleado em um assalto à mão armada por três suspeitos entre Hayes e Church Streets em Nashville.
A polícia de Nashville confirmou a morte: “Os detetives da Unidade de Homicídios estão trabalhando em pistas fortes e ativas para o tiroteio de sábado às 2h30 que matou Christopher Cheeks, 32, e feriu um homem de 29 anos”.
Machine Gun Kelly também prestou homenagem ao falecido músico nos comentários, escrevendo: “Chris era raro”.
King, que foi fundador da gravadora Snotty Nose Records, ganhou seu nome por meio de colaborações com vários rappers, incluindo o colega artista Trippie Redd, que também o homenageou online.
“Original 1400, eu te amo até nos encontrarmos novamente, gêmeo”, escreveu Trippie.
“Não estaria onde estou hoje sem @whoischrisking, ele me apresentou a @elliotgrainge e @milothelight e sempre teve a melhor energia. Ele tinha tantos amigos e isso mostra que amo vocês por apoiarem um dos meus melhores amigos, meu irmão.”

Justin Bieber and Machine Gun Kelly have paid tribute to shot rapper Chris King.
King, real name Christopher Cheeks, was a former roommate of Bieber’s.
He died from injuries sustained during a shooting in Nashville on 20 April.
He was 32.
Following the news of King’s death, Bieber shared a heartfelt tribute to his friend and former housemate on social media.
“Love you bro,” he wrote in an Instagram Story.
“This one hurts. Please keep his family in your prayers. See you in paradise brother.”
King, accompanied by two friends, was shot in an armed robbery by three suspects between Hayes and Church Streets in Nashville.
Nashville police confirmed the death: “Homicide Unit detectives are working strong, active leads into Saturday's 2:30am shooting that killed Christopher Cheeks, 32, and injured a 29-year-old man.”
Machine Gun Kelly also paid tribute to the late musician in the comments, writing, “Chris was rare.”
King, who was founder of music label Snotty Nose Records, earned a name for himself through collaborations with several rappers, including fellow artist Trippie Redd, who also memorialised him online.
“Original 1400 I love you until we meet again twin,” Trippie wrote.
“Would not be where I am today without @whoischrisking he introduced me to @elliotgrainge & @milothelight and he had the best energy always. He had so many friends and it shows I love you guys for supporting one of my best friends ever, my brother.”
